Enable proxy setting in Firefox

1. Open Firefox 

2. Click on left Conner on Firefox 

3. Click on option 

4. Go to advance then network and after that setting 

5. And fill your proxy setting like this 

6. Click on Ok and Ok

Enable proxy setting in Chrome for internet

Follow the below steps...

1. Open Google Chrome

2. Go to option button (It is blow browser close button)

3. Click on setting option

4. Click on "Show advanced settings..."

5. Click on Change proxy setting

6. Now show internet properties option

7. Then click on LAN setting

8. Choose proxy server & fill your proxy setting like this

9. Click OK and OK

After the open qos packet scheduler , then open Limit Reservable Bandwidth now new window will appear

And select  enable and bandwidth limit set in 0 %
