Windows 8 comes with a new way to sign into the PC. Until now, in previous versions of Windows, you are only allowed to sign in to the PC using the user accounts that you create in the Windows. But in Windows 8, you can sign into your PC with your Windows live ID. If you’ve installed Windows 8, you’d have been asked to integrate your Windows live account with your Windows PC at one of the steps during installing Windows 8.
In Windows 8, you have the option to sign into your PC using your Windows live ID. It offers the ability to take all the settings you used to personalize your PC and associate them to your Live ID and make them available later to you to sync to any Windows 8 PC you use with the same live ID. Isn’t it awesome?
For example, you sign into a Windows 8 PC using your Windows Live ID. The first advantage you’ll get is you don’t need to enter your Windows live credentials any more to open any Live account or Hotmail account on your PC. Second thing is when you make changes to the Windows interface like Changing Wallpapers, Keyboard Sound, Add a few more Metro Tiles to the start screen. All these changes you’ve made will associate with your Windows Live ID and sync to any Windows 8 PC you use. The next time when you use another Windows 8 PC and sign into your Windows Live ID, it’ll bring the same PC experience in few seconds just the way you are used to.
